2. Google User Data - Data Accessed

When you connect your Google account to our application, we request access to the following types of Google user data:

  • Email Address: Your Google account email address (via userinfo.email scope)
  • Profile Information: Your name and profile image (collected during OAuth authentication)
  • Calendar Data: Access to your Google Calendar to create, read, update, and delete calendar events (via calendar, calendar.events, and calendar.events.owned scopes)

We only access calendar events that are created by our application for interview scheduling purposes. We do not access, read, or modify any other calendar events in your Google Calendar.

3. Google User Data - Data Usage

We use the Google user data we access for the following purposes:

  • Authentication: To identify and authenticate your account when you connect your Google account
  • Interview Scheduling: To create, update, and manage Google Calendar events for scheduled interviews
  • Google Meet Integration: To generate Google Meet video conferencing links for interview sessions
  • Calendar Management: To send calendar invitations to interview participants (recruiters and candidates)
  • Event Updates: To update calendar events when interview details change (time, date, participants, etc.)
  • Event Deletion: To remove calendar events when interviews are cancelled or deleted

We use your email address to identify you within our system and to associate calendar events with your account. Your profile information (name and image) is used for display purposes within our application interface.

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, nor do we sell or rent your data to third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy - Limited Use Compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use the Google user data we access to provide the core features of our application, such as authentication and scheduling interviews using Google Calendar and Google Meet. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

  • No Human Access: We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless:
    • We have your explicit consent
    • It is required for security or legal compliance
    • It is necessary to debug or maintain the application
  • No Selling or Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties except as required to operate the scheduling functionality (such as including attendee emails in calendar events).
  • Scope Limitation: We request access only to the minimum scopes required to provide our services.

4. Google User Data - Data Sharing

We do not share your Google user data with any third parties. Your Google account information, calendar data, and OAuth credentials are stored securely in our database and are only used for the purposes described in this policy.

The only exception is when you schedule an interview: we include your email address and the candidate's email address as attendees in the Google Calendar event invitation, which is a standard feature of Google Calendar and necessary for the interview scheduling functionality.

We do not transfer, sell, or disclose your Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third-party services for commercial purposes.

We are based in the United States. Our hosting provider is Amazon Web Services (AWS), which adheres to industry-standard security practices and data protection regulations. Registration Data

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username, email address, and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or request to delete your personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

Google OAuth Credentials

When you connect your Google account, we store the following information in our secure database:

  • OAuth access tokens (encrypted)
  • OAuth refresh tokens (encrypted)
  • Token expiration timestamps
  • Your Google account email address
  • Your name and profile image URL (from OAuth authentication)
  • Google Calendar event IDs associated with interviews created through our application

Cases For Using The Personal Data

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To enable interview scheduling and calendar management functionality
  • Internal record keeping
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services

  • Access Controls: Only authorized application code can access stored OAuth credentials
  • Token Security: Access tokens are automatically refreshed when they expire, and we never expose your refresh token in client-side code
  • Database Security: Our database is protected by network-level security controls and access restrictions
  • Regular Security Updates: We regularly update our systems and dependencies to address security vulnerabilities

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

10. Who Has Access To Your Data

If you are not a registered user for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself. If you are a user with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

  • Our system administrators
  • Our support team when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access

12. How Long We Retain Your Data

When you submit information or create an account, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or request to delete your personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Google User Data Retention: We retain your Google user data for as long as your Google account remains connected to our application. Specifically:

  • OAuth credentials (access tokens, refresh tokens) are retained until you disconnect your Google account
  • Your Google account email and profile information are retained while your account is connected
  • Google Calendar event IDs are retained as long as the associated interview record exists in our system

13. Data Retention & Deletion

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time through the following methods:

  • Disconnect Google Account: You can disconnect your Google account from our application at any time through the Integrations page in your account settings. When you disconnect, we will:
    • Immediately revoke and delete your OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
    • Remove your Google account association from your user profile
    • Note: Existing Google Calendar events created by our application will remain in your Google Calendar, but we will no longer be able to update or delete them
  • Account Deletion: If you delete your account with us, all associated data including Google user data will be permanently deleted from our systems
  • Manual Request: You can also contact us directly to request deletion of your data by emailing us at info@autismbehaviorservices.com

To disconnect your Google account: Log into your account, navigate to the Integrations page, and click the "Disconnect" button next to your Google account connection.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will process it within 30 days and confirm the deletion in writing. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining records of transactions), but we will not retain your Google OAuth credentials or continue to access your Google account data.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
